About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Coordinator – Placements & Part-Time to manage student job placements, part-time employment opportunities, and hostel coordination. This role involves extensive fieldwork, employer networking, and continuous student support to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with companies and employers to arrange student placements and part-time job opportunities.

Identify and develop new industry partnerships for internships, part-time roles, and full-time placements.

Provide end-to-end support for students in placement-related activities.

Assist students in finding suitable hostel/accommodation facilities when required.

Maintain and update placement records, employer databases, and student tracking reports.

Conduct regular follow-ups with employers and placed students.

Travel extensively to meet organizations, hostels, and other stakeholders.

Ensure timely communication between students, the institution, and recruiters.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field (preferred).

Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork (75%).

Skills Required

Strong coordination and relationship management skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in both Malayalam and English (written and verbal)

Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities

Basic proficiency in MS Office and reporting
