<p><span>We are seeking an in-house Production Management Coordinator to join the UK Unscripted team, based in London. The role, Coordinator, Production Management, Unscripted, UK, is a permanent position that reports to the Senior Manager, Production, Unscripted, UK. The Production team oversees all operational aspects of branded content for Netflix, playing a key role in executing Netflix’s content and production strategy in the UK.</span></p><p></p><p><span>This role is not an entry-level position; you will be working both with internal Netflix executives and supporting external talent and producers. This position would organize vital production information and workflows from development through to wrap and launch, using internal tools and working closely with our cross-functional teams within Netflix</span></p><p></p><p><span>This demanding and fast-paced role requires a proactive, innovative, and self-driven candidate who can expertly juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities, always with a strong emphasis on organization and attention to detail</span></p><p></p><p><span>We want people from different backgrounds to feel expected, reflected, and respected at Netflix, and therefore we are committed to providing an accessible working environment for everyone.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Coordinate the onboarding process for production teams to the Netflix ecosystem, tools, and resources.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Set up, schedule, and coordinate initial kick-off and ongoing production meetings for our Unscripted productions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Serve as the primary production office contact through pre-production, production and wrap for Netflix Production Management.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Track production schedules while keeping stakeholders apprised of status.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work closely with the other coordinators within Production Management to refine production guidelines, align on workflows across our slates and champion our internal systems.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain strong relationships with coordinators from other UK verticals to ensure alignment across the entire UK studio, as well as with counterparts in the US to promote cohesion within the global Nonfiction team.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Serve as the bridge between productions and internal Netflix teams to ensure both sides receive pertinent updates promptly.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support managers on budget reviews and analysis. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Challenge existing approaches, and suggest new ways to solve issues.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Any other duties as necessary to support the productions and the department.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Qualifications:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>At least 6 years of production experience in Nonfiction in the UK.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Candidates will likely be at the senior Production Coordinator or JPM level outside of Netflix with experience in entertainment, reality, events or sports, ideally including live television production.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Understanding of local production workflows and a willingness to continue learning to ensure understanding of the current production processes and equipment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Team player with an ability to supervise several projects in various points of production (from development through delivery) in a fast-paced environment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>An understanding of how to prioritize tasks and respond accordingly.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Willingness to take educated risks and think out of the box.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong written and verbal communication skills. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to exercise discretion and handle confidential information.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Flexible attitude to work, able to respond to urgent or important matters in a timely manner.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Mail.</span></p></li></ul><p><span>Enthusiastic about Netflix culture: our culture is unique and we live by our values - </span><a href="https://jobs.netflix.com/culture" target="_blank"><u>https://jobs.netflix.com/culture</u></a><span> </span></p>
