Reporting to the Senior Manager of Corporate Treasury Operations, the Treasury Analyst will play a critical role in managing and strengthening relationships with our banking partners and internal business areas. Key areas of focus will be to drive technical banking integrations, establish cross-business operational support efficiencies for cash and liquidity management, and lead technical collaborations between banks and Equitable stakeholders. This position prioritizes optimizing system connectivity, ensuring smooth integrations between internal systems and external banking platforms, and fostering strategic partnerships that enhance treasury operational efficiency, effectiveness and analytics. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with an on–site presence of 2–3 days per week combining flexibility with team collaboration. The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, arenaflex bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Equitable Pay and Benefits: Equitable Total Rewards Program Responsibilities • Serve as the primary liaison with banking partners to maintain strong relationships and ensure optimal service delivery between banks and all areas of the Equitable business. • Lead and support banking integrations and other technological initiatives, including connectivity (API & SFTP), payment platforms, and other forms of secure file transmission and consumption. • Utilize Treasury Management Systems (TMS), ERP, and internal software to streamline workflows, maintain data integrity, and support system upgrades and testing. • Develop tools leveraging AI for augmented data exchange, forecasting and analytics. • Manage bank account architecture, administration and services, while ensuring compliance with internal controls and other regulatory standards. • Cross-collaborate with the treasury and other teams for streamlining daily operations. • Support audit and SOX compliance requirements and maintain robust fraud prevention practices. • Review and validate bank fee and counterparty invoices, ensuring accuracy and arenaflex optimization. • Perform ad hoc analysis and contribute to strategic treasury project initiatives. • Readiness to support the Treasury Operations team on cash positioning, cash reporting, forecasting and liquidity management processes, as needed. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, STEM, or Business. • Experience in Corporate Treasury cash management operations within the financial services or insurance industry. • Hands-on experience with online banking platforms and Treasury Management Systems, i.e. GTreasury, Kyriba, etc. • Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. • Ability to communicate effectively, efficiently and timely to various audience types.
