In addition, the hotel has been honored as Africa’s Leading Hotel by the World Travel Awards for the fourth consecutive year, most recently in 2025.<br><br></strong>The role is responsible for ensuring strong financial control over inventory, purchasing, receiving, storage, and usage of goods, particularly within Food & Beverage and General Stores. The position safeguards profitability by monitoring costs, auditing transactions, verifying pricing and quantities, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and hotel operating procedures.<br><br>The role provides accurate cost data to the Accounting & Control team and Department Heads to support daily operations, budgeting, and profit center management.
