Principal Duties and Functions: Administrative Collaborate with the Director to provide leadership and consultation to colleagues, particularly with urgent and high-risk clinical cases. Assist the Director with key administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to policy development, budget, overseeing staff functions in collaboration with the Director, generating and analyzing statistical reports, writing the annual report, and utilizing quality assurance processes to ensure accurate and timely documentation. Represent the Counseling Center on university and community committees and functions, as appropriate. Serve as Acting Director in the absence of the Director. Clinical A. Providing individual, group, and couples therapy, as well as crisis intervention counseling services to university students within a brief treatment model. B. Providing consultation services to faculty and staff. C. Providing outreach to campus organizations and classes to inform students about personal development and mental health concerns. D. Provide direct supervision to graduate practicum students and interns. E. Assume other duties as requested by the director, as appropriate. Training Coordinator A. Coordinate the intern/practicum program for graduate-level students. B. Maintain current policies and procedures for the internship program. C. Act as a liaison for the interns’ universities. D. Coordinate intern recruitment and participation in selection and hiring decisions in collaboration with the Director. E. Facilitate biweekly training team meetings. F. Facilitate intern seminars. G.
