In this role, you\'ll manage a portfolio of customer accounts, handle queries, post cash, and support the collection of overdue payments—working closely with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure a positive client experience.<br/> Please note that this role could be based in our London or Birmingham office.</p> <h2>Main Duties and Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Chasing a designated set of accounts/ledger via calls and emails</li> <li>Managing accounts receivable inbox and general client queries</li> <li>Enhancing customer experience by building and maintaining a strong relationship with the customers</li> <li>Liaise with the wider Finance team, Sales and Customer Success to ensure timely customer query resolution and facilitate collection of overdue debt</li> <li>Cash posting & reconciling complex customer accounts</li> <li>Weekly ledger meeting with Credit Control Lead</li> </ul> <h2>Skills and Experience</h2> <ul> <li>Demonstrable experience in a customer-focused role (or similar)</li> <li>Portuguese speaker is mandatory</li> </ul> <h2>Person Specification</h2> <ul> <li>Able to work independently</li> <li>Impeccable communication skills, with both colleagues and clients</li> <li>Confident in making phone calls and having difficult conversations</li> </ul> <h2>Equal Opportunity Statement</h2> <p>We are committed to fostering and promoting an inclusive professional environment for all of our employees, and we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
