Position Overview

We are looking for currency traders to participate in our capital allocation program. You will receive firm-backed capital to trade forex and cryptocurrency markets, with a clear path to scaling your allocation based on consistent performance and disciplined risk management.

Location: Toronto, ON (Remote)

Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

Experience Level: 2+ years trading or managing investments

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute currency trades across major, minor, and emerging market pairs using firm capital
  • Analyze macroeconomic data, central bank policy, and geopolitical events affecting currencies
  • Apply technical analysis including chart patterns, support/resistance, and momentum indicators
  • Manage position sizing, leverage, and risk controls appropriate to forex markets
  • Monitor global trading sessions and economic calendars to time entries and exits
  • Optionally collaborate with a network of remote traders for insights and growth

Required Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of trading experience in options or currency markets
  • Keen understanding of options Greeks, volatility, or forex market dynamics
  • Discipline to adhere to a structured trading plan and risk management rules
  • Dedicated and coachable with a long-term commitment to developing your skills
  • Access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet for daily trading
  • Programming or quantitative skills are welcomed but not required

Position Details

  • Work as an independent contractor (1099) with full schedule flexibility
  • Keep 60–90% of your trading profits with increasing splits at higher levels
  • Trade with firm capital starting at up to $50,000, with scaling potential to $500,000+
  • 100% remote — trade from anywhere with a reliable internet connection
  • Eligible for capital increases every two months as you demonstrate consistency
  • Compensation is entirely performance-based, giving you direct control over your earnings
