What We Are Seeking - Proven Solution Sales Professionals

To continue to expand our client base, we need additional proven Solution Sales Professionals to promote our services, cultivate relationships with potential clients, connect with new prospects and respond to our growing portfolio of inbound inquiries.

You will report to our VP - Market Development and work closely with our Practice Leaders, Solutions Architects and company leadership.

Ideally, we are looking for people who want to grow with us to “own” a market segment—maybe an industry specialty, maybe a region—either continuing to be a direct sales professional or building a team (or perhaps a blend of both).

We want to pay you well for great results. As a highly prestigious, relatively well-known boutique and mid-market growth company with aggressive goals over the next 3-5 years, we have no caps on your potential compensation. Capture a new logo, and we guarantee you will be compensated on revenue from that client for the first 2 years of our relationship.

About You

Ideally, you've sold business-to-business consulting and technology solutions before—preferably in CX or one of the related disciplines of CRM, Contact Center, Sales or Marketing Improvement.

You may have been in a consulting or services role for a number of years looking to move to a frontline sales role with the change in focus and potential for significant financial opportunity.

You have a “Giant Killer” mentality, thinking that a smaller, high-growth, widely respected company in a competitive market is the best place to be.

You have an exceptional track record of winning deals. You know how to uncover needs, solve business problems with a compelling case for your product solutions, overcome objections, identify decision makers, and win them over.

Working from home (our clients are all over), you love connecting with new prospects, infecting them with enthusiasm for your services, initiating long-lasting relationships while staying focused on the bottom line: closing the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and respond to inbound inquiries
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and deliver status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements:
