Customer Service Representative/Virtual Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative\/Virtual Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers by providing product and service information, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience—in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem solver, and team player.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints with patience and efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information.
- Uphold a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Document all customer interactions in the system accurately.
- Assist in maintaining customer records and databases.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Perform other administrative or customer service tasks as required.

Requirements (Qualifications May Vary):
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy with basic computer and CRM system knowledge.
