CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ( Voice account-e-commerce)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team!
If you have experience in voice accounts, are computer literate, and enjoy helping customers with order-related inquiries — this role is perfect for you.

This is a blended position involving voice calls + e-commerce ordering tasks, supporting buyers with order status, parcel tracking, delivery details, and product information.

Job Type: Full-time | Onsite | Dayshift

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer support

  • Assist buyers with order status, parcel location, and delivery information

  • Process online orders accurately and efficiently

  • Respond to customer inquiries about product details, including expiration dates

  • Manage e-commerce support tasks such as order updates, issue tracking, and coordination

  • Use multiple systems and tools to update and retrieve order information

  • Provide excellent customer service across voice and non-voice channels

  • Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns with professionalism

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a voice account is required

  • Strong computer literacy; able to navigate multiple systems

  • Background in e-commerce, order processing, or logistics is a plus

  • Clear communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently

  • Willing to work onsite and start immediately
