Customer Support Specialist

You will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their needs through various communication channels. Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, providing accurate information and solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to appropriate departments when necessary. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication. Provide feedback on the efficiency of customer service processes and suggest improvements. Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate support. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices. Achieve customer service daily targets and KPIs. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at all times. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus. Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is beneficial. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Patience and empathy when dealing with customer concerns.
