As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for inputting data and making changes to existing data figures in our digital databases. Your duties will include inputting data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets, updating order statuses for customers, and double-checking your work to ensure accuracy. **Responsibilities:** * Create spreadsheets to track important customer information and orders * Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database * Update customer information in a database * Organize existing data in a spreadsheet * Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records * Operate common office equipment, such as scanners and printers * Perform regular database backups to secure data * Input text-based and numerical information from source documents * Sort and organize hard copies of paperwork after entering data electronically * Review data for deficiencies or errors * Assist with special projects that require large amounts of data entry * Provide data entry support across departments on an ad-hoc basis * Stay current with departmental policies and practices to support business needs * Other duties as assigned **Key Skills and Qualifications:** * Minimum 1 year prior experience in customer service and/or data entry * Computer experience: arenaflex Windows XP, Excel, Word, and Outlook * Good communication skills * Personal time management and organization skills * The ability to use databases and search for information within them * The ability to input data accurately and quickly * Ability to learn quickly * Strong communication and customer service skills, both oral and written * Ability to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, and creativity to changing needs and situations * Minimum 1 year prior experience in customer service and/or data entry * Ability to work in a demanding and dynamic fast-paced environment with the flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines * Work from home position/High-speed reliable internet connection a must **Benefits and Perks:** * Flexible working hours * Ability to work from home * Competitive hourly rate: $20.00 - $35.00/hour * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **About arenaflex:** arenaflex is a leading organization in the home environment care industry, dedicated to providing a loving family atmosphere for our residents.
