Data & Project Manager fresher involves supporting planning, execution, and delivery of data-focused projects (like AI models, data pipelines, analytics) by defining scope, timelines, budgets, coordinating teams (devs, stakeholders, clients), tracking progress, managing risks, and ensuring quality, blending core PM skills with understanding data principles and tools (e.g., BI, Analytics) for success in data-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning: Help define project scope, objectives, milestones, and create detailed plans and budgets.
  • Execution & Monitoring: Track progress, manage resources, oversee project stages, and ensure tasks align with goals.
  • Data Focus: Support data collection, integration, analysis, and reporting, ensuring data quality and security.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison, providing status updates, reports, and managing expectations for team, management, and clients.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential issues, develop mitigation strategies, and solve problems as they arise.
  • Team Coordination: Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, designers).

Required Skills & Qualifications (Fresher Level)

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (CS, Engineering, Business).
  • Core PM Skills: Strong understanding of project management principles, timelines, budgeting, and communication.
  • Data Acumen: Familiarity with data concepts (BI, analytics, data flow, quality) and tools (SQL, Python, BI platforms like Tableau/Power BI are a plus).
  • Methodologies: Exposure to Agile/Scrum is often beneficial.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills.

What to Expect (Fresher Role)

  • You'll work under senior PMs, learning to manage data-related tasks like data migration, reporting, or system upgrades.
  • Focus will be on assisting with documentation, tracking, and ensuring data processes are followed.
  • You'll get hands-on experience with data lifecycle and stakeholder interaction in a data-centric project.
