We’re looking for a high-energy, results-driven Performance Coach to join our team. This is a high-impact role where you’ll provide on-site coaching, training, and consulting to dealership teams - helping them optimize digital sales processes, improve customer engagement, and increase profitability. You'll be part of a forward-thinking team shaping the future of automotive retail. What You'll Do Client Engagement & Training • Deliver dynamic, in-person coaching on digital retailing strategies, online-to-showroom lead flow, and modern sales practices. • Guide teams on process adoption for both showroom and internet sales, ensuring high utilization of dealer technology platforms. • Work with all levels of dealership staff - executives, sales managers, service teams, and BDCs - to align on performance goals and implementation. Sales & Digital Process Optimization • Help dealerships transition from traditional to modern selling approaches by coaching on end-to-end digital workflows, from online lead response to vehicle delivery. • Provide training on SaaS-based tools that support digital retailing, communication automation, and performance tracking. • Build strong client relationships through ongoing support, follow-arenaflex, and performance reviews. Problem Solving & Consulting • Identify performance gaps and tailor solutions based on dealership structure and customer experience goals. • Collaborate with dealer leadership to execute change management strategies and drive measurable outcomes. • Leverage insights and reporting tools to track progress and reinforce training effectiveness. Travel & Presence • Spend a minimum of 75% of your time traveling to dealership locations across the region and U.S. • Actively engage onsite with teams to assess, train, and support in real-time. What We’re Looking For • Location: Must live within the West Coast region and be within 1 hour of a major airport. • Experience: 5+ years in dealership operations, BDC, or sales management; experience with digital retailing platforms is highly preferred. • Training/Coaching: Previous experience in training, coaching, or vendor-facing roles supporting dealerships is a strong advantage. • Communication: Strong ability to present, influence, and build trust across all levels of a dealership. • Tech-Savvy: Skilled in using and training others on SaaS tools that support automotive sales and service performance. • Autonomy: Self-motivated with excellent time management - able to manage your calendar, accounts, and in-store coaching independently. • Travel Ready: Able and willing to travel at least 16+ days per month.
