Today, we work with more than 50 global companies and serve millions of customers in over 52 countries from 22 select locations in major financial capitals worldwide. </p><h2><b> Overview of responsibilities: </b></h2><ul><li> Advise our premium customers - on the phone and by email <b> in Arabic </b> and <b> English </b> . </li></ul><ul><li> Process customer requests from the preparation of the offer to the billing of individual trips as well as in the areas of restaurant/club reservations, gift organization, tickets (sports, culture), spa/fitness, yacht, flowers, transport, sightseeing etc. </li></ul><ul><li> Make reservations with restaurants, airlines, hotels, and destination agencies. </li></ul><ul><li> Prepare tailor-made offers and travel documents, create itineraries, obtain visas and administrative processing. </li></ul><ul><li> Proactively inform and inspire customers about exclusive promotions and events, ensuring they benefit from unique opportunities. </li></ul><p><b> Requirements </b></p><h2> Your Profile: </h2><ul><li> You have excellent language skills in professional <b> Arabic </b> and <b> English </b> , in written and spoken (C2 according to The Common European Framework). </li></ul><ul><li> Have completed tertiary qualification or equivalent training, ideally in the field of tourism. </li></ul><ul><li> Have several years of professional experience in the travel industry, a tour operator or in a travel agency, or at least 3 years of professional experience in luxury concierge, hospitality or high-end customer servic. </li></ul><ul><li> Have GDS knowledge (preferably Amadeus) and excellent destination knowledge. </li></ul><ul><li> Have a strong passion for everything related to travel and the luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events and culture. </li></ul><ul><li> Are service-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure. </li></ul><ul><li> Have a positive attitude and identify with Ten Group values. </li></ul><ul><li> Have excellent communication skills. </li></ul><ul><li> Value exceptional service and live by this motto. </li></ul><ul><li> Are available on a full-time basis (40hrs per week). </li></ul><h2> Guidelines for Hybrid/Home Office option: </h2><ul><li> Located in United Kingdom. </li></ul><ul><li> Please note that if you live within a commutable distance of the office you will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid model – at least 3x per week in the office. </li></ul><ul><li> A secure home office at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions. </li></ul><ul><li> You must meet our minimum internet speeds if you want to work remotely / in our hybrid model and this will be checked during the recruitment process and again when you join.
