Delivery Station Operation Manager

TNM Logistics is seeking an experienced and driven Station Operations Manager to oversee daily delivery operations at our Amazon DSP location in Elkhart, Indiana.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong operational discipline, team management experience, and the ability to execute in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The ideal candidate must have prior management experience. Logistics or transportation management experience is strongly preferred.

This role requires full on-site presence or willingness to relocate to Elkhart, IN.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily last-mile delivery operations
  • Manage drivers, dispatchers, and support staff
  • Ensure safety, compliance, and performance standards are met
  • Monitor KPIs including attendance, delivery performance, and safety metrics
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance management processes
  • Coordinate with Amazon station leadership
  • Maintain high operational efficiency and team morale

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of management experience (required)
  • Logistics, transportation, warehouse, or distribution management experience is a must
  • Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to manage a team in a high-performance environment
  • Experience with scheduling, workforce planning, and KPI tracking
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting

Requirements

  • Must be on-site in Elkhart, IN or willing to relocate
  • Cover early morning operations, Make sure routes are covered.
  • Valid driver’s license, clean background.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
