Digital Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reports to supervising officers: Account Manager, and up

2. Manages existing accounts, builds on them, and maintains long-term business relations with current clients

3. Oversees accounts and projects assigned

4. Assists supervising officers in creating cost estimates, negotiating contracts, and managing budgets

5. Meets and remains in close communication with clients

6. Serves as the link between the client, creatives team, implementation team, and suppliers

7. Presents and discusses ideas, creative concepts, and updates with clients, to assist them in developing campaigns.

8. Collaborates with and briefs creatives

9. Creates quicksheets, JOs, reports, and monitoring sheets

10. Responds to complaints, resolve issues, and address delays in projects.

11. Stays up-to-date with the latest trends, strategies, and technologies

12. Performs other work assigned

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or any related field

2. Has at least 2-3 years experience as AE or similar

3. Has working knowledge of Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media best practices.

4. Has excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and filipino

5. Can work in a fast-paced environment, and flexible hours

6. Experience in sales is a plus
