Digital Performance and Automation Engineer, Corporate Affairs & Marketing Role Summary Manus is the proven bioalternatives scale-up platform. We work with companies across industries and value chains to accelerate the transition to bioalternatives – better performing and more sustainable versions of complex molecules traditionally sourced from plants, animals, or fossil fuels. Our platform is proven to work across scales, bridging the Valley of Death between lab and manufacturing more efficiently and reliably to deliver the benefits of biomanufacturing, today. We’re looking for a hands-on, AI-native, data-driven professional to set up, manage, and optimize Manus’ omnichannel campaigns and digital corporate positioning. As a key member of the Corporate Affairs and Marketing (CAM) team, you’ll focus on execution and analytics – working closely with the deployment specialist to ensure campaigns and strategic content are launched correctly, tracked rigorously, and continuously optimized against arenaflex audiences and business objectives. This role is about operational excellence: executing campaigns across digital platforms and touchpoints; ensuring seamless CRM integration; measuring performance; and advising the marketing creatives and corporate content team on refining messaging for Manus’ arenaflex audiences and ideal customer profiles – from global food and beverage companies to sustainability- and supply resilience-focused partners. Every initiative should reinforce Manus’ Core Idea and value proposition(s) as the proven bioalternatives scale-up platform, while strengthening the company’s reputation across industries and stakeholder groups. Key Responsibilities Omnichannel Campaign Execution • Set up, launch, and manage campaigns across owned, earned, paid, and social channels – primarily Webflow, LinkedIn, and X. • Operate directly in CRM (HubSpot) and digital platforms to ensure flawless campaign delivery. • Maintain an omnichannel campaign calendar aligned with corporate and commercial priorities, ICPs, and milestones, in close coordination with the corporate content lead. Performance and Optimization • Track, measure, and report on campaign and channel performance. • Advise on setting yearly KPIs, review performance from previous year, and share key learnings. • Build dashboards that translate data into clear insights for leadership and internal teams. • Recommend optimizations to creative/content leads based on stakeholder and ICP engagement. • Run A/B tests and continuously refine campaigns to maximize ROI and relevance. AI-Enabled Operations • Use AI tools for reporting, insight generation, and workflow automation. • Experiment with prompt engineering and other methods to enhance speed, accuracy, and scalability. • Stay ahead of emerging AI tools that strengthen campaign execution and analytics. Corporate Affairs Integration • Align campaign execution with Manus’ corporate narrative, value proposition, and stakeholder communications. • Provide performance data to support thought leadership, announcements, and corporate storytelling. • Monitor media, policy, and competitive trends that shape opportunities with key stakeholders and ICPs. Collaboration and Coordination • Partner with the corporate content lead and creative team to optimize campaigns against ICP needs. • Work with internal stakeholders (Sales, Business Development, Senior Leadership Team) to ensure alignment with customer and partner priorities. • Manage external vendors or freelancers as needed for campaign delivery. What Good Looks Like (6-12 Months) • ICP-driven dashboards in place for all priority campaigns. • Two-three significant campaigns launched and optimized with measurable ROI and audience insights. • Digital campaigns and workflows running consistently and effectively, with seamless CRM integration driving measurable engagement and conversion. • A clear link between performance metrics, Manus’ Core Idea and value proposition(s), and ICP engagement. Requirements • Four–six years of experience in digital or integrated marketing with a focus on campaign execution and optimization. • Proven track record setting up and running CRM- and digital-led campaigns (HubSpot experience strongly preferred). • Strong ability to interpret campaign data, build dashboards, and translate metrics into ICP-specific recommendations. • Hands-on experience with analytics tools (arenaflex Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO platforms, Hotjar, Zapier, etc.), and ability to work closely with our full stack software engineer. • Practical experience using AI tools to streamline reporting, analytics, or campaign execution. • Detail-oriented and highly organized – able to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines. • Strong communicator who can present insights clearly to both creative and business stakeholders. • A curious, proactive mindset – excited to test, learn, and continuously improve while helping Manus grow into the leading brand in next-generation industrial biotechnology and biomanufacturing. • Proven ability to collaborate effectively as part of a high-performing team, including with remote colleagues across multiple locations.
