Division Sales Manager (Eastern Visayas)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Planning and executing strategies & activities to increase sales in financing products.
  • Reports regularly the performance of the team to the Asst. Area Head /or Division Area Head.
  • Maintains good business partnership with dealerships.
  • Represents the financing product team during Management Committee meetings and other internal/external meetings.
  • Monitors daily and monthly production and loan releases to ensure growth of the team.
  • Monitor Sales Representatives efficiency in accounts processing & productivity in marketing activities
  • Handles dealership concerns/issues escalated by the Sales Representatives.
  • Initiate, push manpower completion and interviews prospect applicant for the team and recommends hiring.
  • Loan application review & evaluation (Credit approving authority) (upon qualification based on performance).
  • Performs other work-related functions and duties that may be assigned by the Asst. Area Head /or Division Area Head.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably with degree in Business Management, Sales or Marketing, or other related business course.
  • With at least six (6) months work-related experience in the field marketing Truck Dealers &/or Clients.
  • Should have technical marketing skills, relevant product and industry knowledge
  • Should be a strategist and is capable to think out-of-the-box.
  • Has excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Capable to solve amicably customer’s/client’s complaints
  • Should be persuasive, goal-oriented, assertive, creative, innovative, adaptable and analytical
  • Has the ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
  • Computer-proficient

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
