What You’ll Do:

As a Delivery Helper, you’ll be helping deliver 100–150 packages daily. You will be a delivery hero in the neighbourhoods you serve. You can expect to work 4-5 days per week and up to 10 hours per day.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and interact with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner.
  • Use a handheld device for routing and customer delivery information.
  • Assist the driver with the delivery of packages weighing 200 to 250lbs. (team lift)
  • Help the driver navigate if needed
  • Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete and the customer is satisfied.
  • Load and offload packages weighing of 200 - 250lbs from the truck with the assistance of a Driver

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18years old
  • Must have a valid State ID/DL
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening
  • Must have good English speaking, reading, writing/ communication skills
