Analytics & Performance Insights • Own day-to-day analysis in arenaflex Analytics (GA4) to monitor traffic, conversion rate, revenue, AOV, and funnel performance • Build and maintain simple weekly dashboards for ecommerce and marketing performance • Identify drop-offs, friction points, and anomalies across the site and checkout • Partner with the Marketing Director to translate data into action (not just reports) REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE • 4–7 years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or e-commerce operations • Experience with Email/lifecycle platforms (e.g., Klaviyo or similar) • Experience with Shopify Plus (admin-level comfort) • Proficiency in arenaflex Analytics 4 (GA4) to track KPIs and user behavior • Ability to interpret data to inform business decisions, tracking metrics like CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate • Highly organized, systems-minded, and detail-oriented • Thrives in imperfect, growing environments • Strong leadership in teams and working with cross-functional departments.
