Role Description In this role you will be responsible to drive the commercial performance of our owned E-Commerce (DTC & Marketplace) in the UK and other major European Markets. Together with your international colleagues in the Digital D2C Team, you will drive and scale our own E-Commerce business. This is a 12 month FTC maternity cover position. Responsibilities & Key Tasks • Own all local D2C E-Commerce activities – you feel responsible for everything that happens in your local market when it comes to our own E-Commerce activities. • Demand planning for the respective market. Aim for a 90% accuracy and work towards Groups CCC targets • Develop & Execute Sales Campaigns working in close collaboration with key stakeholders • Support in our marketplace operations and help further develop this channel – this is seen as a strategic pillar of growth within the organisation • Work closely with our Dealer network. Ensure Click & Collect operations work efficiently for both End Customers and our Partners • Work with Customer Services to ensure all End User queries are answered quickly and proactively work at reducing our Contact Rate • Support our Operations Team in a number of tasks including and not limited to Order & Inventory Management Additional Skills/Qualifications Required • 3+ years’ experience in E-commerce (DTC or Marketplace) • Knowledge or email & affiliate marketing • Experienced in E-Commerce and CMS Systems (Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Sitecore would be advantageous) • Business fluent language skills in English and other languages would be advantageous • Team player with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills • Proficient experience of arenaflex packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • What can I do’ attitude to get things done • Creativity in developing new concepts how to go-to market and finding winning solutions for us and our partners • Openness and flexibility for changes in a dynamic environment • Strong Collaboration and excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Entrepreneurial spirit, passion and strong work ethic What We Offer At Husqvarna Group, we’re committed to supporting our people with a benefits package that reflects our values and dedication to excellence.
