As Student Recruitment Advisor for India, you will play a pivotal role in driving EHL’s student recruitment and brand development efforts for our flagship Bachelor in International Hospitality Management program.
You will lead outreach to students, families, high schools, and counsellors, ensuring EHL maintains a strong and credible presence across the country.
This position requires both strategic relationship management and hands-on recruitment execution. You will combine business development, counselling, event management, and market intelligence to achieve enrolment goals.
Recruitment & Outreach
Plan and execute recruitment activities, including school visits, education fairs, presentations, and networking events.
Serve as the primary point of contact for EHL’s key education agent partner in India; ensure alignment on targets, strategy, and brand positioning.
Monitor and evaluate agent performance; provide regular feedback, training, and support to ensure quality and compliance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high school counsellors, feeder schools, alumni, scholarship bodies, and other local partners.

Track and manage leads and contacts using CRM tools; Provide market insights, trends, and competitor intelligence to inform regional and global recruitment strategies.
Support the planning and delivery of local marketing campaigns and in-person events.

Prepare regular reports on recruitment progress, engagement, and ROI from outreach and partnerships.
Manage local recruitment budget within assigned parameters.
Liaise regularly with colleagues in Lausanne, Dubai, and other EHL international offices to share best practices and align approaches.

Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in student recruitment, higher education, marketing, or business development, ideally in the Indian market.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing education agents or strategic partners.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of French is a strong asset.
