Email Marketing Specialist with $300 USD Sign-on Bonus

We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Operations Assistant to join our team! In this role, you’ll help build and launch marketing campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels. Most of your time will be spent creating emails in Braze (or similar platforms), checking every detail to make sure campaigns run smoothly, and supporting the team with day-to-day execution. Benefits • Work From Home • Attendance, Performance, and Referral Bonuses • Paid Holidays and Time Off • Health Insurance Card Salary Range : 65,000 - 70,000 What You’ll Do: • Build and set up marketing campaigns in Braze or similar platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle, HubSpot, etc.) • Work hands-on in day-to-day email operations, including HTML builds, asset setup, and audience targeting • Test and QA campaigns to ensure proper rendering, accurate tracking, and compliance • Support push notifications, in-app messaging, and other lifecycle campaigns as needed • Collaborate with team members to make sure campaigns run smoothly and on schedule • Maintain strong attention to detail, ensuring disclosures and compliance requirements are always met What We’re Looking For: • Experience using Braze (preferred) or similar marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Responsys, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Iterable, etc.) • Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Jira, etc.) • Comfortable working with HTML/CSS (Liquid or other templating languages a plus) • Basic understanding of audience segmentation and targeting • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving • Ability to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone hours Nice to Have: • Experience with push or in-app messaging campaigns • Interest in testing, analytics, and campaign optimization Apply tot his job
