About This Role

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale project delivery for Xoxoday’s loyalty platform. This role exists to bring structure, governance, and predictable execution to complex customer programs involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams.

You’ll operate as a senior individual contributor with a strong Project Manager mindset—owning planning, coordination, and delivery oversight rather than hands-on configuration. You’ll work closely with enterprise customers and internal teams to ensure loyalty programs are delivered reliably across both cloud and on-premise environments.

What You’ll Do

Enterprise Project Ownership

Own end-to-end project management for enterprise loyalty programs from initiation through closure. Define project scope, plans, milestones, and dependencies across multiple teams. Ensure delivery commitments are met through disciplined execution and governance.

Stakeholder & Customer Management

Act as the primary project owner for enterprise customers during delivery. Drive structured communication with customer stakeholders, including regular status updates and alignment discussions. Manage risks, issues, and escalations to resolution while maintaining customer confidence.

Project Management & Delivery Governance

Establish and maintain project governance, reporting, and documentation standards. Track project health across timelines, scope, risks, and dependencies. Ensure adherence to agreed delivery processes and quality expectations.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Partner closely with Loyalife and Custom Storefront teams to align execution plans. Coordinate with internal product, engineering, and delivery teams across workstreams. Enable smooth handoffs and accountability across phases of delivery.

Continuous Improvement

Capture delivery learnings and contribute to improving project management practices. Support standardization of templates, workflows, and reporting mechanisms for enterprise delivery.
What We’re Looking For3+ years of experience in project management roles, operating in a Project Manager or enterprise delivery context. Strong experience delivering loyalty platforms for enterprise customers . Proven track record managing large, multi-stakeholder enterprise programs. Experience managing software delivery projects across cloud and on-premise deployments . Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in parallel. Strong communication skills with experience working with global clients. Nice to HaveExperience working with global enterprise customers across regions. Exposure to structured project management frameworks or governance models.
