ER Coordinator

<p>The ER Coordinator provides operational support to the Employee Relations team. This entry-level role is ideal for a self-motivated individual looking to begin or grow their career in HR while gaining exposure to ER processes, policies, and initiatives.</p><p></p><p>This role plays a vital role in supporting the team of employee relations experts and delivering a high-quality customer experience. They will ensure cases are properly organized, documented, and ready for assignment to ER experts. The ER Coordinator acts as the first point of review for new cases, performing initial research, and communicating with involved parties to streamline the ER process.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><b>Case Intake & Assignment </b></p><ul><li>Review new ER cases that are entered into the case management for completeness and accuracy. Follow up as appropriate to ensure all relevant information is provided.</li><li>Research involved parties’ history to identify prior corrective actions and notate relevant details.</li><li>Gather supporting documentation (e.g., performance records, SOPs, policies).</li><li>Update case records with involved parties and ensure accurate data entry in case management system.</li><li>Assign cases to the appropriate ER expert based on case type, complexity, and workload.</li><li>Close duplicate cases in the system and provide clear explanations to case initiators.</li><li>Coach leaders on effective use of case management system and ER engagement, either via live or virtual conversations.</li><li>Support ER’s proactive model by guiding leaders and employees to available resources as appropriate.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Team Support </b></p><ul><li>Pull data reports for ER leaders and Sr. ER Partners.</li><li> Attend and transcribe investigation interviews</li><li>As appropriate, draft Investigative reports, with oversight from manager.</li><li>Assist with Legal requests in prescribed timescales (subpoenas, personnel files, etc.)</li><li>Assist with special projects and initiatives to support the Global ER COE and wider HR teams.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Minimum Requirements</b></p><ul><li>High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business is preferred.</li><li>A Minimum of 1 year HR experience required, 2-3 years preferred. </li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Prior experience in administrative support.</li><li>Experience or interest in working on a global team.</li><li>Desire to begin or progress career in HR, specifically employee relations.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Skills and Competencies</b></p><ul><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication.</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, WebEx, SharePoint)</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Working Conditions</b></p><ul><li>Remote Office with possible hybrid schedule depending on <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">location.  </span></li><li>Extensive daily usage of workstation or computer or laptop.  </li><li>Performs work to support a global organization across several time zones.  </li></ul><p></p><p><b>Application Window: </b>Open through 2/23/26</p><p><b>Pay Range: </b>$50,000-$75,000</p><p>All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">applicable degrees/certifications, as</span> well as internal equity and market data. </p><p></p><p><b>Benefits: </b>Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Casual, PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">to participate in</span> the 401(k) Plan only. Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
