ER RN - Koloa, Hawaii

A Registered Nurse with Emergency Room experience is needed for an exciting contract opportunity in Koloa, HI. This role requires a highly skilled RN with at least two years of Emergency Department experience to provide critical care in a fast-paced environment. With mandatory variable shifts and the possibility to float to Long Term Care or ICU departments, this position offers variety and challenge for the adaptable nurse.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional nursing care in the Emergency Department
  • Work mandatory variable shifts covering days (7am-7pm) and nights (7pm-7am)
  • Float to Long Term Care or ICU departments as needed
  • Maintain compliance by confirming arrival dates and required paperwork via the designated portal
  • Support patient care during holiday shifts: New Years Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day

Qualifications

  • Current RN licensure with a minimum of two years experience in Emergency Department nursing
  • Ability to work 80 hours over two weeks with variable 12-hour shifts
  • Flexibility to float between departments
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to meet strict start dates and compliance requirements

Schedule & Hours

  • 12-hour shifts, totaling 72 hours per week
  • Mandatory start at 7am on a Monday with no exceptions
