I. Job Description Summary Develops, plans, and implements the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System. Evaluates and recommends changes to current and future ERP and/or CRM system requirements to meet organizational needs. Customizes and configures workflow to allow the integration of client/server applications. II. Job Responsibilities and Duties Essential Functions • Identify ERP/CRM business systems solutions requirements by interviewing clients; analyzing work processes and operations; establishing solution objectives; preparing specifications. • Implement and support Dynamics 365 for new and existing customers, including design, product configuration, testing, data conversion, user acceptance test and go live support. • Gather information for the development of custom applications to complement or integrate with existing software • Follow our Project Charter and implementation methodology, produce the deliverables it stipulates, and ensure project documents are complete. • Drive additional ERP consulting services within customer base • Learn new applications as needed • Involve in presales activities such as product presentation, proposal preparation • Provide detailed consulting estimates. • Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals • May lead and direct the work of others • exercise a wide degree of creativity and latitude • Reports to manager • Other duties as needed Supporting Functions Team • Collaborate with other team members to achieve team goals • Train and mentor junior and internship staff • Contribute to improvement of services, revenue/profitability, methodologies and procedures Company and Clients • Understand and incorporate Calsoft values, mission, guidelines and policies (as described in Employee Handbook and other Calsoft documents) into daily work. • Build and nurture positive working relationships with clients, co-workers and business associates. III. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Minimum Qualifications • BA / BS in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Engineering • 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area • Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures • Maintain professional image in attitude, conduct and attire • Strong organizational skills and time management practices • Outstanding customer service skills • Maintain professional image in attitude, conduct and attire • Demonstrate aptitude for learning new technologies • Ability to effectively communicate technical concept to a non-technical audience • Ability to interface well with other members of the organization • Strong communication skills, both oral and written Desirable Qualifications • Knowledge of manufacturing, distribution, or service industry processes • Ability to develop, propose and implement innovative solutions as appropriate • Ability to define projects, organize a project team and direct project activities • Work collaboratively and negotiate as needed to ensure identity and resolution of issues • Contribute to and influence decision regarding divisional procedures • Ability to assist management in organizational planning IV.
