Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support day-to-day administrative operations in Jonesboro. This is a full-time, day shift position, Monday through Friday, with the opportunity to transition from temp-to-hire. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in office management, vendor relations, HR support, budgeting, AP/AR, and payroll, and be proficient in MS Office and QuickBooks. This role focuses on improving efficiency, streamlining workflows, and supporting overall business operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations including supplies, mail, and office equipment maintenance
  • Manage vendor contracts and maintain strong vendor/supplier relationships
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and maintaining filing systems
  • Assist with HR functions such as onboarding, recruitment support, and training coordination
  • Handle budgeting tasks, expense tracking, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and payroll


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of Executive Assistant or Office Management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
  • Experience with budget management, AP/AR, and payroll processing
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and workflow improvement skills
  • Degree related to Business Administration, Management, or similar field preferred
  • Must be able to pass a Drug Screen and Background Check
