Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, and taking minutes when required.
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes as needed.
  • Assist the Operations team with day-to-day administrative tasks and office management activities.
  • Manage document routing, records filing, and interdepartmental coordination.
  • Maintain organized records, trackers, databases, and confidential files.
  • Understand key stakeholder priorities and reflect them in effective calendar and diary management.
  • Provide administrative support for internal and external event planning and execution.
  • Monitor operational activities and assist in preparing reports and status updates.
  • Process administrative billings, including utilities, reimbursements, association dues, and other payables.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and special projects as instructed by Management.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly professional.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
