This cross-functional role will involve liaising with other key capabilities, including Deals, Field Operations, Benefit Development Managers (PGM), Finance, Project Management, and Marketing, to provide support for activities such as client exchange spend and investment, business planning, supply chain, evaluation, marketing initiatives, and working capital. You will also be responsible for supporting the agreement gauging process, movement-based costing, and the annual planning process. **Key Responsibilities:** * Pre-and post-examination of client programs, critical tasks, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing initiatives with a focus on helping the business make the next best decision. * Investigate the execution of various pilot projects while following a testing methodology (e.g., A/B Testing). * Maintain and update required tools based on business needs, such as BPM or Course Planning models. * Identify errors, irregularities, and gaps in reporting and processes and provide solutions. * Proactively search for patterns and trends in the data that is evaluated to identify gaps or opportunities that the project needs to consider or address. * Support the planning and development of arenaflex Florida tools to improve financial targets based on the different switches from top-line to bottom-line with continued improvement of valuable chain capabilities. * Model business scenarios based on realized data sets and business needs/requirements. * Provide ad-hoc analyses and reporting as needed and develop plan chief outlines. * Any remaining related and assigned responsibilities. **Requirements:** * Four-year college education in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field. * Minimum of 3 years of Business Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or Operations experience with a focus on analysis, modeling, or estimation. * Management Consulting or Engineering experience highly preferred. * Strong Excel skills - PivotTables, VLookups with modeling capabilities. * Strong data education. * Data visualization through Tableau or arenaflex Power BI. * Proficient in other MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Access, Word, Visio). * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Understanding of Income and Loss Statement. * Ability to balance long-term and short-term needs, managing multiple complex tasks. * Easily work with cross-functional teams and progressively support different partners. * Strong change management skills. * Able to work independently with responsibility. * Can exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset to drive growth in overall system benefit. * Commitment to continuous improvement. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Advanced Excel skills including Visual Basic, simulations, solver, and SQL. * Quantitative analysis using R or similar tool. * Knowledge of Edge Mind (Notable Intelligent Digger) or other data mining/sales reporting tool. * Knowledge of SharePoint. * Functional understanding of selling, delivery, warehouse, production processes. * Project management or support experience. **What We Offer:** * Competitive hourly rate of $26/hour. * Part-time schedule with 8 hours of work per week. * Opportunity to work with a leading beverage company. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Professional development and growth opportunities. * Comprehensive benefits package. **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a passion for data-driven decision making, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
