As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be the face of arenaflex to our customers, acting as an ambassador of the brand and delivering superior service to Card Members visiting the lounge. You'll have the ability to excite our customers and deliver on the brand promise, working as a cohesive team to create a memorable experience for every guest. **Key Responsibilities** * Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception * Be accountable and take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end * Create innovative ways to resolve customers' issues or concerns to win their brand loyalty * Employ the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations * Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations * Provide travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance * Accommodate needs of our Card Members, by partnering with our food and beverage lounge partners **Lounge Hours of Operation** The lounge is open from 05:00 AM – 11:00 PM Monday – Sunday.
