Job Overview In this full-time remote role, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, providing phone support to patients receiving life-saving specialty drug treatment. As a Pharmacy Administration Representative, you will be responsible for the overall coordination and processing of new and existing drug orders, including verifying and renewing benefits. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with insurance companies, patients, and internal partners to ensure timely and accurate processing of specialty medications.
