Your expertise in data entry, customer relationship building, and problem-solving will be essential in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and accelerating billing processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Validate the ship-to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners * Enter PO (Bill Only, Ship and Bills, GHX, and other future EDI platforms) data with accuracy, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and correct * Check and validate the accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases * Develop creative solutions to customer issues, providing phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken * Provide proactive updates on order status to accelerate billing processes * Support the Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e-mails, and fax, researching responses with sales * Build relationships with hospital billing specialists and support surgery product usage questions to accelerate billing processes, following up to collect purchase orders and clarify discrepancies * Support Sales Reps in case of product usage pricing or discrepancies **Essential Qualifications** * High School Diploma or GED * Two (2) years' relevant work experience **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience as an account representative * Proficiency in Oracle **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Proficiency in data entry and arenaflex Office * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building relationships and resolving issues * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong organizational and time management skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
