About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for inputting customer orders and processing them in our software system. You will also provide support to customers with general inquiries on orders, respond to adjustments, lead times, and order status in a timely manner, and answer any billing or invoicing questions. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in uncovering errors in the order entry system and resolving them as necessary.
