About the Role As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for assisting passengers with reservations, inquiries, and various travel-related concerns. Key Responsibilities Complete data access and balancing functions Coordinate return items with contributors, doors vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions Assist different departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and associated Accounting standard ledger balancing Work member cases/sports assigned Follow and maintain guidelines and approaches to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws Process loan bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products Log, report, and make necessary GL, account changes and/or returns Process Stop Pays and Check Batching Complete daily balancing and department closing Obtain information from members for the timely and correct processing of international and domestic fund transfer requests Research and confirm incoming and outgoing fund transfer information Communicate with the vendor to process fund transfers Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming fund transfer laws Deposit check returns, research member back checks on draft changes, process member checks, confirm members for outgoing fund transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing fund transfers Complete daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, foreign collections, and legal fees Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: High school diploma or GED Intermediate Excel and Word experience Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous customer/member service experience Previous banking or Credit Union experience Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Skilled in arenaflex Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) gained through either work experience with the software or training and hands-on use of the software Ability to work prolonged hours in support of business needs Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and function as an integral part of a team Ability to perform mathematical calculations and analyze data Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines under high-volume pressure Ability to cross-train and perform any role assigned within the department Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and members Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision Ability to self-motivate with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines Ability to maintain excellent performance and attendance Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
