We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team at arenaflex University, where you'll play a vital role in developing insights and analytics to inform our education programs. **Job Summary** As a Senior Learning Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for creating dashboards, presentations, analytics, and business insights for arenaflex University. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop actionable data-driven solutions. With your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and presentation, you'll help us measure the effectiveness of our education programs and identify areas for improvement. **Responsibilities** * Apply your expertise and customer needs assessment to create solutions that meet our requirements * Analyze and mitigate risks associated with equipment and projects * Utilize advanced data cleaning strategies and tools, including Alteryx, data visualization tools like Tableau, and other data analytics tools, to create insights that inform data and visualization requests * Apply advanced expertise in SQL, Python, or other reporting languages or tools to create and maintain high-quality reports for education data * Support escalated and complex data troubleshooting for business customers * Gather and interpret requirements to convert business needs into actionable data and present findings * Partner with senior leaders to gain insights and measurements to convert business needs into actionable data presentation requirements * Identify strengths and weaknesses of potential solutions, conclusions, or processes to address issues * Understand and estimate the effort and arenaflex of a solution * Work with the Business Intelligence Analyst to resolve issues and share knowledge of tools and strategies * May perform other task responsibilities as directed by Employee's Leaders **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** * Ability to apply advanced tools to quickly understand and accurately define complex problems to systematically analyze and weigh options to advocate solutions * Ability to work under stressful conditions and manage time effectively * Ability to prioritize tasks to meet departmental targets and goals * Be a self-starter and able to work with a minimal amount of supervision to perform assignments and projects * Understanding of Company policies (e.g., Appearance and Attendance) and expectations of arenaflex Culture * Ability to work effectively independently or in a strong customer service and/or team environment * Willingness and ability to work nights, weekends, and travel as required * Ability to work under tight time constraints and at times, in stressful conditions * Ability to design and conduct analyses, as well as synthesize recommendations * Ability to develop, present, and effectively communicate techniques and ideas to various audiences **Education** * Required: High School Diploma or GED **Experience** * Advanced level experience, with extensive expertise in: + Acquiring data using various tools such as: SQL, Python, Alteryx, Qlikm, Attunity, or other comparable toolsets + Visualization and presentation experience * Preferred: Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Visual Basic) * Preferred: Working experience in Air Operations education and Advance Qualification Program (AQP) **Work Environment and Culture** At arenaflex, we value a flexible work environment that encourages camaraderie, collaboration, and innovation.
