**Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Bookkeeping and Information Analysis**

Experience an invigorating and remote-friendly environment where your expertise will be valued, and your career can flourish. **Key Responsibilities:** * Work cross-functionally with Technical Accounting, Financial Accounting, Designing, Product, Finance, Assessment, Legal, and other teams on projects, processes, and initiatives, and assist with driving key system drives and enhancements * Create and design comprehensive bookkeeping data requirements to support the continuous automation of journal entries, ensuring accuracy, completeness, consistency, and efficiency in financial processes * Lead functional improvement initiatives to further streamline income tasks and shorten the income close schedule * Review data quality of journal entries prepared through the Income Subledger and design Data Quality checks for identified use cases through bookkeeping requirements planning, special examinations, new product launches, etc. * Collaborate with the Product and Designing teams to continuously improve our daily Income Compromise process and oversee compromise examination with the assistance of the investigation team * Review meetings and evaluate impact on existing or need for new bookkeeping requirements for the Income Subledger * Cross-collaborate with cooperating teams on journal entry streams for new or existing products for automation through the Income Subledger * Perform monthly income bookkeeping close liabilities, including but not limited to: GAAP income analysis, arenaflex of income analysis, cash due compromises, audit journal entries, and review close package expectations * Conduct impromptu examinations and activities as assigned **Why We're Excited About You:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Science, or related field * 3+ years of experience in income bookkeeping, data analysis, or potentially business acumen * Strong knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 606 Income Recognition required; knowledge of IFRS an asset * Transitional/high-level SQL skills and ability to work with large volumes of relational data, Python an asset * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and ability to adapt to changing environments * Ability to collaborate with all levels of management and cross-functional teams, both internally and remotely **About arenaflex** At arenaflex, our mission to engage local economies shapes how our colleagues move quickly, learn, and prioritize to make effective decisions that show compassion for our range of customers – from Dashers to shipping partners to consumers.
