Our commitment to excellence and our passion for storytelling have made us a household name, with a global presence that spans across multiple continents. **About the Role** As a Lead Data Scientist in our Ads Data Solutions Research team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer engagement through the development of cutting-edge models and solutions. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales Analytics, Finance, Business Operations, Commerce Product, and Engineering, to design, build, and enhance models that tackle complex challenges such as revenue, inventory, delivery, outcome, pricing, customer lifetime value estimation, forecasting, fraud prevention, and more. **Key Responsibilities** * **Modeling**: Design, build, and enhance models using machine learning and statistical techniques. Work end-to-end from data collection, feature engineering, and model development to forecasting, visualization, and communication of model results. Collaborate with engineering teams to produce models that drive business growth. * **Deep Analysis**: Develop comprehensive insights on audience, brand, and ad operational data systems and metrics.
