About the Role We are dedicated to improving our response time and providing fantastic service to our customers worldwide. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers in the Australian market during the afternoon and evening hours, as well as assisting our European customers during their morning hours. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and provide expert advice on how to use our product via email, phone, and chat, ensuring a friendly and approachable tone. Engage with potential customers through email and video product demos, showcasing the benefits and features of our product. Collect and synthesize customer insights, serving as the voice of the customer to help our marketing, design, and development teams improve their strategies and products. Reply to customer reviews across various platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses. Assist with internal shipping and logistics questions, providing support to our operations team as needed. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should: Be located in Western Australia, with a strong understanding of the local market and time zone. Be available and willing to work afternoons and evenings, with a minimum commitment of 21 hours per week. Have 12-24 months of proven work experience in customer support or community management, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. Be tech-savvy, curious, and motivated to gain a deep understanding of our product and its features. Have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues. Be self-motivated and self-managing, with exceptional time management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, it would be beneficial if you have: Experience with support software, onboarding customers, or collecting customer feedback. An interest in accounting or experience with mileage reimbursement. Previous experience working in a 100% remote environment, with a strong understanding of the challenges and benefits of remote work.
