With arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for technology and customer service. **What You'll Do** As a data entry specialist, your responsibilities will include: * Arranging, installing, testing, and maintaining IT clients' desktop software and hardware; supporting mobile workforce * Providing guidance to IT clients on all aspects of end-user computing and desktop-based LAN network software * Responsible for start-to-finish issue ownership, resolution, and communication with employees * Providing local training to clients * Resolving and closing tickets/work orders supporting end-user desktops and peripherals * Answering customer service issues escalated from the Helpdesk * Contributing to desktop projects (global installs/renovations) as a project team member * Remotely analyzing and resolving requests using remote tools * Investigating and collaborating with other departments to assist with infrastructure-related issues * Recording client interactions in incident management software, including resource management * Recovering data from hard drives and performing data migration * Supporting remote access for virtual private network (VPN) as well as remote/broadband availability for PCs * Installing and configuring local and network-based printers * Performing routine maintenance * Working various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and being available to come in on short notice and travel as required * Following management direction, complying with IT strategy and policy **All You'll Need for Success** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Least Capabilities: + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience/training + 3 years of hands-on IT work experience supporting and resolving various PC desktop software and hardware issues + Should have firsthand experience supporting PCs in a Windows/TCPIP environment * Favored Capabilities: + A+ certification + MCSE/MCP certification + Past IT infrastructure experience in an airline/airport environment **Skills, Licenses, and Certifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * General knowledge of all Windows-based operating systems, including Windows 10 * Knowledge of workflow and tagging systems * Familiarity with VPN availability and ability to troubleshoot issues * Ability to work independently and act in a collaborative, team-based environment * Should be able to lift at least 50 pounds **What You'll Get** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package that includes: * Travel Benefits: Ready to explore the world?
