Feasibility & Investment Analysis Internship - Dubai

<p>We are thrilled to share this fantastic opportunity for a high-calibre local graduate (who has graduated or will be graduating with a Bachelor’s or Master's degree between February 2025 and August 2026) to join our Feasibility and Investment Analysis team on a 12-month internship. From day one, our interns are fully integrated into Team Hilton and are involved in different aspects of the business. Our internships offer vast exposure and opportunities, such as the opportunity to network with senior executives, and for some, international travel, and involvement in regional conferences.  <br> <br>Based in our Dubai Area Office, you will also benefit from an open space office, located in Internet City, close to the Dubai Marina and The Palm Jumeirah and other interesting locations in Dubai. We have approximately 214 team members based in the Dubai office, we are a social and fun bunch of people driving the business for the MEA region from here.</p><p><br><strong><u>The Opportunity</u></strong></p><p>This internship offers the chance to gain hands-on experience while working closely with a supportive team. You’ll contribute through a mix of day-to-day support and ownership of small project-based initiatives. <br><br>You will be an integral part of the department and will play an active role in our continued success. Our placements are office based with flexibility offered across some teams.</p><p> </p><p><strong><u>What are we looking for?</u></strong></p><p>As with any job, we do have certain criteria that you will need to meet to be considered for one of these highly sought-after opportunities. These are detailed as follows;  </p><ul><li>First and foremost, Hilton is a hospitality company, and we are looking for individuals with a strong sense of alignment to our culture and values.</li><li>You must have graduated, or be due to graduate, with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree between February 2025 and August 2026.</li><li>A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hospitality, Business Management or Real Estate is required. Alternatively, a Master's Degree or equivalent from Business, Real Estate or Hotel school, and/or further education of hospitality and/or real estate investments related is preferred.</li><li>You must be able to undertake a full-time (40 hours per week) 12-month graduate internship, from 1st of September 2026.  </li><li>Must be eligible to work full-time in the UAE without company sponsorship.</li><li>A strong sense of alignment to our culture and values.</li><li>Must be living in the UAE and eligible to work full-time.    </li><li>Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
