Field Service and Repairs Technician

Position

The Service Technician will be responsible for assisting customers with the highest level of integrity while seeking a mutually beneficial outcome for both the company and the client. Their objective is to complete all assigned routes and delegated services, attending to customers courteously and ethically, and ensuring that all required information is completed after each service.


Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Service Technician include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining the quality, hygiene, and service standards established by the company and its clients when installing and servicing water dispensers, water filtration equipment, ice machines, and coffee machines in residences and businesses across the island.
  • Completing all assigned daily services in full.
  • Installing and performing maintenance on water coolers, water filtration systems, ice machines, and coffee machines.
  • Replacing equipment filters.
  • Installing, removing, and relocating equipment.
  • Cleaning, sanitizing, and descaling equipment.
  • Handling repairs and resolving service calls.
  • Delivering invoices and service agreements to customers.
  • Performing product sales and deliveries.
  • Recording all completed services and parts used in Salesforce.
  • Managing their daily route to ensure completion of all assigned services.
  • Managing their inventory, including but not limited to products, parts, and filters in the assigned vehicle.
  • Conducting evaluations at customer facilities for potential installations.
  • Keeping the company vehicle clean and organized at all times.
  • Being responsible for company-issued tools in case of loss.


Minimum Role Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in professional customer service
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in route fulfillment and/or logistics
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Reasoning, critical thinking, and sound judgment
  • Excellent time management
  • Problem-solving skills


Schedule

Monday to Friday
8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.


Compensation

  • $13.00 per hour
  • Monthly incentives
