Financial Analyst-Real Estate & Site Acquisition | Sacramento, CA - REMOTE| US

We are seeking to hire an experienced Financial/Business Analyst who will be a key member of the PTI Services Operations team and will be responsible for full cycle processes and support related to real estate acquisitions, site development, contract administration and reporting, responsible for contract drafting and negotiation processes, financial reporting, preparing various types of presentations, managing the RFP process, collecting and examining data, generating reports and additional corporate support responsibilities, adhering to corporate objectives and compliance as it relates to PTI's wireless telecommunications and other telecommunications infrastructure. The position will be remote but will require being based near the Sacramento, CA region. FUNCTIONS:Contract Negotiation and Drafting:Lead negotiations with vendors, suppliers, and partners to secure favorable contract terms and conditions.Prepare, review, and modify contracts, including master service agreements, vendor agreements, and licensing agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and operations teams, to ensure contract terms meet business needs and mitigate risks. Contract Administration & Management:Maintain a centralized contract repository and tracking system to monitor contract status, key milestones, and renewal dates.Coordinate supplier and client contract amendments, extensions, and terminations as needed, while maintaining accurate documentation and records.Serve as the primary point of contact for Avetta and others compliance activities, including contractor prequalification, assessment, and auditing processes. RFP Responses:Serve a primary point of contact for Client RFPsDistribute RFP documents and proposal schedule to the executive team.Review company response for accuracy and compliance.Submit proposal documents when approved by the executive team. Risk Management:Identify and assess contractual risks, including legal, financial, and operational considerations, and develop strategies to mitigate potential liabilities.Work proactively to resolve disputes and claims arising from contracts, seeking mutually beneficial solutions while safeguarding company interests. Continuous Improvement:Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in contract management and Avetta compliance, and integrate relevant insights into operational processes.Drive process improvements and efficiency gains within the contracts management function, leveraging technology and automation where applicable. Proficiency in contract drafting, negotiation, and administration, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.Must be located near the Sacramento, CA region and flexible to travel to site locations if needed. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to risk management and dispute resolution.Familiarity with contract management software and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Ariba, ContractWorks) is a plus.Must be proficient in MSOffice (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, strong financial analytical and critical thinking skills required.Able to create robust presentations with emphasis in displaying graphics and data analysis.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Must be fluent in English both written and verbal skills.
