Flipkart Delivery Executive

Role Objective

As a Delivery Executive, you are the face of Flipkart. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of customer orders while maintaining high standards of professional conduct and digital compliance through the Flipkart partner app.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Fulfillment: Pick up assigned shipments from the HUB and deliver them to customers' doorsteps within the designated time frame.
  • App Compliance (BYOD): Mandatory use of the delivery app for every stage—accepting the runsheet, updating delivery status in real-time, and closing the task.
  • Security & Safety: Ensure the safety of all packages. You are responsible for the shipments from the moment they are assigned until the final hand-off.
  • Payment Collection: Handle Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions accurately and deposit the collected amount at the HUB at the end of the shift.
  • Customer Service: Maintain a polite and professional attitude. Handle customer queries regarding their orders effectively.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum 10th Pass (preferred).
  • Documents: Valid Driving License, Aadhaar Card, and PAN Card (linked).
  • Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with valid RC and Insurance.
  • Technology: Must own an Android Smartphone and be comfortable using mobile applications for navigation and task management.
  • Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in logistics or courier services is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹14,280.00 - ₹42,840.00 per month
