FP Movement Wholesale Jr. Account Executive (LA Showroom)

Role Summary:

FP Movement is looking for a Jr. Account Executive to support studio wholesale accounts with the Sr. Account Executive. In this role you will support by driving revenue growth by managing order execution, sales reporting, and account operations. Additionally, you will partner cross-functionally to ensure timely shipments, analyzes selling trends to identify opportunities, and strengthens brand presence within the territory while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the FP Movement business.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Account Executive and Sales Manager to meet and exceed sales and shipping goals on a monthly, quarterly, seasonal, and annual basis.
  • Weekly Line Sheet updates based on ATS reports
  • Submit Return Authorization, Damage Request and Credit Memo’s for Specialty Team
  • Work in Canva to create Weekly email and marketing blast.
  • Partner with operations and customer service teams to deliver timely and
    complete orders to accounts; track and monitor shipping.
  • Responsible for the overall scope of the business; anticipate next steps that need to be taken to ensure that goals are met consistently prior to the month and within the month
  • Monitor market trends and identify future business opportunities and profitability
  • Increase brand awareness within the NW territory
  • Ensure order maintenance is executed on a timely manner
  • Administrative work as it relates to specialty store product setups, ATS
    reports, and scheduling etc.
  • Monitor and compile weekly selling analysis - style selling, location Selling,
    top styles- identify reorder and replenishment opportunities.
  • Attend and prepare for in showroom market appointments and attend major
    trade shows.
  • Monitor market trends and analyze future business opportunities
  • Must have a global awareness of the Free People business.

Role Qualifications:
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and analytic skills
  • Keen awareness of emerging trends within the fitness industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Canva
  • Understanding of retail math
  • Wholesale sales or buying experience.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Business, Merchandising, or similar discipline.
  • Location: Remote with some travel requirements
