This role is focused on concept development, silhouette innovation, and elevating our leather and tailored categories.</p><p>This is not a production or technical role. We are looking for a strong creative mind who can help shape product direction and bring fresh perspective while respecting brand DNA.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Assist in developing seasonal creative direction aligned with brand identity</li><li>Generate 15–25 original silhouettes per season</li><li>Propose proportion shifts and category evolution</li><li>Identify hero product opportunities</li><li>Conduct competitive and market analysis</li><li>Participate in design reviews</li><li>Collaborate with internal technical team for execution handoff</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>5–10+ years experience in contemporary womenswear</li><li>Proficiency in design tools and software, including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop</li><li>Strong understanding of proportion, construction, and commercial viability</li><li>Creativity and ability to stay current with fashion trends and forecasts</li><li>Exceptional communication, collaboration, and time management skills</li><li>Experience in the fashion industry, specifically working with leather and outerwear, is a strong asset</li><li>Degree in Fashion Design</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Please submit:</strong></p><ul><li>Portfolio (PDF or link)</li><li>Brief note on why you would be a great fit for this role</li><li>1 page mood board illustrating how you'd evolve our leather category: containing: 6–10 reference images, 3–5 short points explaining the mood, proportion direction, and product intention.
