Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Freelance Fundraiser to support remote outreach initiatives for NGO and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about social impact, who can independently generate donor support and build strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will work closely with nonprofit organizations, CSR departments, and philanthropic entities to secure funding, promote awareness, and drive meaningful change — all from the comfort of home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential donors, CSR partners, and grant-making institutions.

  • Develop and execute fundraising campaigns through digital channels (email, social media, webinars).

  • Craft compelling proposals, grant applications, and partnership decks tailored to different stakeholders.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with donors and sponsors.

  • Track fundraising targets and prepare periodic reports for stakeholders.

  • Represent the NGO/CSR projects in virtual meetings, donor calls, and online events.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of project goals with fundraising strategies.

  • Stay informed about social impact trends, donor interests, and grant opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proven ability to persuade and influence through storytelling and presentation.

  • Digital marketing or outreach experience is a plus.

  • Comfortable working independently and remotely with minimal supervision.

  • Proficient in using tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, Canva, and Zoom.

Experience

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in fundraising, sales, business development, or CSR engagement.

  • Experience working with NGOs, nonprofits, or social enterprises is highly preferred.

  • Freshers with exceptional communication and a passion for impact are also welcome to apply.
