Role Overview

Omnitel Hotels & Resorts is looking for energetic Freelance Telecaller Interns to support our hospitality sales and business development activities from our office. This role is ideal for students or individuals looking for part-time, flexible work hours with real-world exposure in the hotel & resort industry.

Key Result Areas (KRA)

  • Making outbound calls to travel agents, corporates, and event planners
  • Introducing Omnitel Hotels & Resorts and its properties
  • Sharing hotel information, rates, and offers
  • Generating qualified leads and follow-ups
  • Maintaining daily call logs and lead trackers
  • Coordinating with the internal sales team
  • Achieving assigned daily/weekly call and lead targets

Eligibility & Skills

  • Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
  • Confident phone handling and professional etiquette
  • Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
  • Interest in sales, hospitality, or business development
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work from office during flexible hours

Stipend & Incentives

  • Fixed Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹7,000 per month
  • Performance-based incentives on lead conversions

Working Hours

  • Part-Time | Flexible Shifts (3–5 hours per day)
