- Dealing with customer data aggregated from MULTIPLE PLATFORMS to identify trends, patterns, and insights

- Developing analytical solutions & communicating findings effectively

What You Will Do :

  • Deliver insight and analysis using statistical tools, data visualization, and business use cases with the Product and Business teams
  • Understand the existing database design (logical/physical) that support complex business processes/applications
  • Author advanced BigQuery to effectively query and navigate across multiple data domains to produce data analysis findings. Able to use complex joins, subqueries, analytical functions to return clean, comprehensive, and relevant datasets
  • Ability to write complex BigQuery functions in Javascript, Python to read extract JSON and other complex data structures
  • Understand data repositories and data management processes to include source to target mappings, business and transformation rules and data consuming systems
  • Collaborate with project team members to include other data analysts and technical/database leads providing insights into data issues driving business decisions and processing events. Structure large data sets to find usable information
  • Direct and oversee complex issue resolution in a cross-team environment. Develop alternate solutions to solve data issues
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose data quality issues and anomalies and offer data findings and analysis outcomes
  • Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of stakeholders, creating visual displays of quantitative information
  • Conduct analysis to determine new project pilot settings, new features, customer behavior
  • Build & maintain dashboards for tracking business performance and product adoption

What You Will Need :

  • BA or MS degree in a quantitative field such as: Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Sciences
  • Experience in scripting with SQL, extracting large sets of data, and analyzing results
  • 2-3 years of industry experience, analyzing data for a company or companies
  • Ability to translate analysis results into business recommendations, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis, and trends and applied knowledge of measurement, statistics, and program evaluation
  • Distinctive problem-solving skills and impeccable business judgment
  • Experience in an interdisciplinary/cross-functional field
  • Self-learner and eager to understand data, business processes, concepts, and technologies
  • Expertise in SQL with experience using data visualization and dashboarding tools (e. g. Tableau, Metabase, Google Data Studio, Clevertap, Python)
  • Experience in delivering products as end-to-end data solutions (from data pipelining to analysis, presenting, and scalable adaption)
  • A strong business sense with the ability to transform ambiguous business and product issues into well-scoped, impactful analysis
  • Strong ability to design and conduct simple experiments
  • A goal-oriented, critical-thinking mindset with the ability to work equally well within a team and independently with minimal supervision
